These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Sir Dominic Scott ("Provider," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of The Vault+, The Cult of Sir, and all associated services and platforms (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.
The Services include content produced and delivered under the Get Worse™ framework (UK Registered Trade Mark No. UK00004091922). All rights in that framework and associated branding are reserved.
"Services" means all digital content, audio files, videos, written materials, interactive features, streaming access, membership tiers, community platforms, support, and any other offerings provided by the Provider through any channel or platform, including all content delivered under the Get Worse™ framework.
"Provider" means Sir Dominic Scott and any representatives, moderators, or authorised parties acting on their behalf.
"User" or "You" means any individual who accesses, subscribes to, or uses the Services in any capacity.
"Content" means all proprietary or licensed materials available through the Services, including audio, scripts, video, images, text, and software.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties - express, implied, or statutory - regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The Provider is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to lost data, emotional distress, or reputational harm, regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence, as required by UK law.
By using the Services, you voluntarily accept all risks associated with them, including those relating to hypnotic content, psychological effects, technical issues, and third-party interactions. Your use is entirely at your own risk.
The Services include hypnotic, suggestive, and psychologically immersive content - including content produced under the Get Worse™ framework - intended for adult entertainment and personal exploration. You use this content at your own risk. We make no guarantees about efficacy or suitability, and accept no liability for any psychological, emotional, or physical effects. If you have pre-existing mental health conditions or neurological sensitivities, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before engaging with this content.
The Services integrate with third-party platforms including Stripe, Discord, and others. We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for any issues, disruptions, or losses arising from them. Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their own terms and policies.
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including outages, cyberattacks, infrastructure failures, or other force majeure events.
In accordance with UK consumer law, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that you have not accessed any content, streamed any media, or otherwise made use of the Services during that period. Once any content has been accessed, your right to a refund is waived in full. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within the 14-day window.
All other sales - including those where any degree of access has occurred - are final and non-refundable. This includes situations where a subscription has been active but unused beyond the point of initial access.
The Vault+ is a recurring subscription service. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate. You will be charged to your original payment method unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial-period refunds are issued.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a transaction where content has been accessed constitutes a false claim to your payment provider. When a dispute of this nature is raised, we will submit to your bank or card issuer all relevant evidence, including access logs, session records, and account activity, which clearly document your use of the Services. We will contest all such claims vigorously.
Where a chargeback is found to have been made fraudulently or without basis, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any associated fees, costs, and losses through legal action. Accounts subject to disputed chargebacks will be suspended immediately and permanently.
The content library is updated regularly. Individual titles, series, or features may be added, modified, or removed at any time without notice. Subscription access grants you the right to use the library as it exists at any given time; it does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific piece of content. Content changes are not grounds for a refund.
In the event that The Vault+ is permanently discontinued or Sir Dominic Scott ceases to operate the Services, all active subscribers - whether on a monthly or any other subscription tier - will receive 30 days' notice and continued access from the date of that announcement. During this period, subscribers will be provided with enhanced download access, including access to a complete archive of all available content, so that they have a reasonable opportunity to retain any material they wish to keep before the service ends. No further charges will be made after a discontinuation notice is issued.
Access to the Services does not entitle you to direct, personal, or prioritised communication with Sir Dominic Scott or any representatives. All communication is at the Provider's sole discretion and may be limited or withdrawn at any time without notice or liability.
You must not: reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Services or their underlying systems; use Content for any commercial, public, or unauthorised purpose; transmit harmful code, spam, or malicious material; harass or impersonate others; or engage in any conduct that undermines the integrity or operation of the Services. Violations will result in immediate termination and, where appropriate, legal action.
You must treat all staff, moderators, and representatives with respect at all times. Abuse, harassment, threats, intimidation, or any hostile conduct directed at staff or moderators - including personal attacks, doxxing, stalking, or attempts to circumvent decisions - constitutes a material breach. The result is immediate and permanent termination of access without refund, warning, or appeal.
Staff, moderators, and representatives acting on behalf of Sir Dominic Scott are individually responsible for their own actions and conduct. The Provider is not liable for the independent decisions or communications of third parties acting in a representative capacity.
Sir Dominic Scott is a professional identity and brand. The persona, content, and interactions provided through the Services are commercial and professional in nature. Your engagement with the Services is a commercial transaction - not a personal relationship, friendship, mentorship, or any form of intimate connection.
The individual behind the Sir Dominic Scott identity maintains a private personal life entirely separate from the Services. You have no right or entitlement to any information about, access to, or involvement in that personal life - including their relationships, family, residence, or daily activities. These matters are not part of the Services and are not open to inquiry, intrusion, or speculation.
Due to the nature of hypnotic and psychologically immersive content - including content produced under the Get Worse™ framework - you may experience feelings of connection or perceived intimacy. These feelings, however real they seem, do not grant access to the Provider's personal life, create any obligations, or establish any relationship beyond the commercial provision of Services. Any assumptions you form about the Provider's private circumstances are your own and do not reflect reality.
You must not attempt to contact, locate, or communicate with the Provider outside of official channels; seek out or engage with the Provider's personal connections; research or disseminate information about the Provider's private life; visit or surveil locations associated with the Provider's personal life; or engage in any form of stalking, monitoring, or fixated behaviour directed at the Provider.
If you experience intense attachment, obsession, or fixation as a result of engaging with the Services, you are responsible for managing those feelings appropriately, including seeking professional support if needed. Obsessive or possessive behaviour directed toward the Provider - including excessive contact attempts, inability to accept boundaries, or conduct suggesting confusion between fantasy and reality - will not be tolerated and is grounds for immediate termination without refund.
Any violation of this section will result in immediate and permanent termination of all access, forfeiture of all payments made, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities. The Provider will pursue all available legal remedies including injunctions, restraining orders, and civil damages. There are no warnings, second chances, or appeals for violations of personal boundaries.
All intellectual property rights in the Content and Services remain the exclusive property of Sir Dominic Scott or their licensors. This includes, without limitation, the Get Worse™ framework and all associated branding, methodology, and creative works (UK Registered Trade Mark No. UK00004091922). Unauthorised use of Get Worse™ or any associated marks constitutes trademark infringement and will be pursued accordingly.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal, non-commercial use of the Services strictly in accordance with these Terms.
You must not share, distribute, reproduce, modify, or commercialise any Content. Unauthorised use constitutes a material breach and may result in immediate termination, injunctive relief, and legal action including claims for statutory damages. The Provider may implement anti-piracy and digital rights management measures at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. Technical issues, maintenance, third-party failures, or ISP limitations may occasionally affect availability. These are not grounds for refunds or disputes.
Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
The Vault+ uses an internal monitoring system referred to as Sir AI for the purpose of service analytics and content improvement. Sir AI collects the following data during your sessions: play and listen events, including track identifiers and timestamps; session heartbeat signals used to determine active listening periods; and playback duration and completion data.
All data collected by Sir AI is associated exclusively with a randomly generated, anonymous identifier (a UUID). This identifier is created at the point of session initiation and is not linked to your account, name, email address, or any other personally identifiable information. Sir AI cannot identify you as an individual. The data it collects exists solely at the level of an anonymous profile string and is used only for understanding content engagement patterns and improving the platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sir Dominic Scott and any associated representatives against reasonable losses, costs, and claims directly resulting from your own breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of applicable law. This obligation does not extend beyond losses directly and demonstrably caused by your actions, and nothing here affects any statutory rights you hold as a consumer under UK law. This obligation survives termination of your account.
If you have a complaint or dispute, we ask that you contact us first at [email protected] so we have the opportunity to resolve it directly. Most issues can be resolved quickly and informally.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing formal legal proceedings. Any legal action not resolved through mediation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
Where permitted by law, you agree to bring any claims against the Provider on an individual basis only, and not as part of any group, collective, or representative action.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice for any violation of these Terms, or at our sole discretion. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except where you meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.1.
The following terms govern your access to and use of the Cult of Sir Discord server and all associated community spaces. They supplement and operate alongside Part A.
Access to the Cult of Sir does not confer any right to communicate directly with Sir Dominic Scott or any representatives. Any direct communication, if granted, is at the Provider's sole discretion and may be limited, suspended, or ended without notice or explanation.
You must comply with all posted server rules and Discord's own Terms of Service. Harassment, fraud, infringement, or unlawful activity may result in immediate removal and legal action. The Provider reserves the right to remove any content or user without prior notice or reason.
Discounts or promotional pricing offered through the Discord community are a privilege, not a right, and may be withdrawn at any time. Abuse of courtesy discounts - including use of multiple accounts or sharing codes beyond authorised channels - constitutes a material breach and may result in termination.
You must be aged 18 or over and have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. Misrepresentation of age is a material breach and may result in immediate suspension and legal consequences.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction, including those relating to adult content, hypnosis, and digital media. We make no representations about whether the Services are lawful in your location.
We make no guarantee of any outcome - psychological, behavioural, health-related, or otherwise - from use of the Services or engagement with any content, including content produced under the Get Worse™ framework.
Nothing in the Services constitutes medical or psychological advice. Content is provided for adult entertainment and personal exploration only. If you have any health concerns related to hypnosis or psychological content, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
All use of the Services is undertaken at your own risk and discretion.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sir Dominic Scott and supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements. The English language version governs all interpretation and enforcement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom. Any disputes not resolved through the process in Section 9 shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Glasgow, Scotland.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
All provisions that by their nature should survive termination - including disclaimers, liability limitations, intellectual property rights, and dispute resolution - remain in full effect after your account is closed.
By using the Services, you consent to receiving communications electronically via email, in-app notification, or platform posting. You are responsible for keeping your contact information up to date.
Sir Dominic Scott may assign rights or obligations under these Terms without notice. You may not assign any rights or obligations without prior written consent.
