About these Terms, section 1

1.1 Who we are. The Vault+ Liberated (the "Site") is run by Sir Dominic Scott, a sole proprietor based in Glasgow, Scotland ("we", "us", "our"). Sir Dominic Scott is also the rights holder for the Materials described below.

1.2 What the Site is. The Vault+ was a paid subscription service that closed in 2026. The Vault+ Liberated holds the complete and total archive of The Vault+, including miscellaneous and unreleased files (the "Materials"), and offers it free of charge. The Site lets eligible people download the Materials, and gives each of them a personal torrent file for the whole collection. The Site runs at thevault.locker, and at pop.thevault.locker for as long as that address stays in service.

1.3 Who these Terms apply to. These Terms apply to everyone who visits the Site, logs in, downloads from it, or uses a torrent file issued by it ("you").

1.4 The documents that make up the agreement. Your agreement with us is made up of:

  1. these Terms, which cover access to and use of the Site, the tracker and your torrent file, and, for former paying members, how The Vault+ is delivered to you after its closure;
  2. the Licence (headed "Terms of Use & Licence Agreement"), which covers what you may do with the Materials, including any copies you keep or share. The current version is at /liberated/?view=licence, and a copy is included with the downloads;
  3. the rules you agree to before access opens: the rules in the Discord channel and the tick boxes on the Site. They are short statements of commitments set out in full in these Terms and the Licence.

The Privacy Policy at /liberated/?view=privacy explains how personal data is handled. It is information, not a contract term.

1.5 If the documents conflict. For anything about what you may do with the Materials, the Licence controls. For anything about access to the Site, your account, the tracker and your torrent file, these Terms control. Where a rule you ticked or agreed to asks more of you than the Licence does, for example keeping the licence file with any copy you share, you must follow the stricter rule as a condition of your access. If a copy of the Licence included with a download or the torrent differs from the version on the Site, the version on the Site when you agreed applies. How these Terms relate to The Vault+ Terms and Conditions is set out in section 8.

Accepting these Terms, section 2

2.1 How you accept. You accept these Terms when you tick the box at the last step before the Site opens and press the button. That is your electronic signature and has the same effect as signing on paper. By then you will also have agreed to the rules in Discord and ticked the rules on the Site.

2.2 Use without ticking. If you use the Site or a torrent file issued by it in any other way, for example with someone else's login, these Terms still apply to that use.

2.3 Read them first. Please read these Terms, the Licence and the Privacy Policy before you agree. They can be read at any time without logging in, and the Licence can be downloaded as a text file. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Who may use the Site, section 3

3.1 Age. You must be 18 or over, and at least the age of majority where you live if that is higher. The Site holds adult material, including sexual and hypnotic content.

3.2 Where you are. Viewing adult material must be legal for you where you are. It is your responsibility to check this.

3.3 Capacity. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement, and you must be acting for yourself, not for a business or anyone else.

3.4 Honest answers. Everything you tell us, including your date of birth at the age step, must be true.

3.5 Under 18. If you are under 18, you must not use the Site. The age step turns anyone under 18 away, and that refusal is kept for your login session. If we learn or reasonably believe that someone under 18 is using the Site, we will end that access, cancel any torrent file issued to them, and delete the related records we are not required to keep.

3.6 Further checks. We may ask for further confirmation of age or eligibility at any time, and may restrict access until it is given.

3.7 People we have barred. You must not use the Site, or try to regain access by any means, if we have ended your access under section 11.

Access and your Discord account, section 4

4.1 No separate account. The Site does not create its own account or password. You log in with Discord, and the Site identifies you by your Discord account. A login lasts up to seven days. If you arrive from The Vault+ while logged in there, you are logged in automatically with the same Discord account.

4.2 Access follows your role. What you can do depends on your roles in The Haus of Sir Discord server:

  • Former members of The Vault+ (the role given to people who were members of The Vault+) can download from the Site and use the torrent.
  • Holders of The Vault+ Liberated role can download from the Site for the first 72 hours after the Site opens, and after that through the torrent only.
  • Anyone else sees the locked page and cannot download.

4.3 Claiming the role. The Vault+ Liberated role is claimed in the Discord server, after agreeing to the rules there. Claiming needs a verified member account of the kind the server states at the time, and a Discord account more than seven days old.

4.4 Keeping access. Access lasts only while you hold a qualifying role and stay in The Haus of Sir. Roles are checked live, and a check is trusted for no more than about a minute. If you leave the server or lose the role, the Site locks on your next page load or download, and the tracker refuses your torrent file within about 20 minutes. If Discord cannot be reached to confirm your role, access is refused until it can.

4.5 Three steps before access opens. Before the Site opens for you, you confirm your age, agree to the rules and agree to these Terms and the Licence. If any of them changes in a way that matters, you will be asked again.

4.6 Your torrent file. Each person gets their own torrent file with a personal address in it. It works from one place at a time. A second computer, phone or network using it at the same time is refused. If we issue you a replacement, the old file stops working at once.

4.7 Keep your access to yourself. You must not:

  • share your Discord login, your Site login or your torrent file with anyone;
  • let anyone else download through your access;
  • use more than one Discord account to get round any rule or limit, including the 72 hour window or the one-place rule.

4.8 Security. Keep your Discord account secure. You are responsible for anything done through your login or your torrent file unless it was used without your permission and you were not careless with it. If you think someone else has used your access, tell us at hello@sirdominic.scot. We can cancel your torrent file and issue a new one.

The Materials and the Licence, section 5

5.1 Ownership. The Materials are the work of Sir Dominic Scott. Downloading, keeping, modifying or sharing them does not transfer ownership of any copyright, trade mark or other right in them. All rights not expressly granted by the Licence are reserved. The names and marks used with the Materials, including The Vault+, Sir's Binaural Soundscapes©, Get Worse™ (UK registered trade mark UK00004091922), Goonbate™ and Haus of Sir™, are not licensed to you except as the Licence expressly allows.

5.2 The Site itself. The Site's design, text, code and layout belong to us or our licensors. You may use the Site only as these Terms allow. The Licence covers the Materials, not the Site.

5.3 What the Licence lets you do. In summary, and always subject to its full text, the Licence lets you:

  • download the Materials and keep copies;
  • make backups and store them on your own devices or storage;
  • organise and catalogue them;
  • modify them for personal, non-commercial purposes;
  • share them, and share non-commercial modified versions, free of charge, with the attribution and licence notices kept where reasonably possible.

5.4 What the Licence does not let you do. In summary, you may not:

  • sell the Materials or modified versions, or sell access to them;
  • put them behind a paywall, subscription, paid membership or tip requirement;
  • use them in paid or monetised adult content, paid commissions or custom recordings;
  • use them in advertising, sponsored content or to promote a commercial service;
  • commercially rerecord, reperform, adapt or recreate them, even without copying the original file;
  • use them to train, fine-tune or build a commercial AI model or dataset;
  • grant anyone wider rights than the Licence gives you;
  • claim them as your own, or present anything as an official release or as endorsed by us;
  • remove copyright, ownership, licence or attribution notices on purpose.

5.5 Whose words count. Sections 5.3 and 5.4 are a guide. If they differ from the Licence, the Licence controls.

5.6 Access and the Licence are separate. Losing access to the Site does not by itself end the Licence for copies you downloaded lawfully. The Licence ends for you if you materially breach it, as its own terms say. Access to the Site can end for any reason set out in these Terms.

5.7 Permission for anything else. Commercial use, or anything else the Licence does not allow, needs written permission from Sir Dominic Scott before it starts. Ask at hello@sirdominic.scot. Asking is not permission.

Using the Site properly, section 6

You must not:

  1. share, lend, sell or trade access to the Site, a login or a torrent file;
  2. get round, or try to get round, the age step, the rules, the role check, the 72 hour window, the one-place rule or any other limit;
  3. give false information at any step;
  4. obtain, or try to obtain, anything that is not part of the archive offered to you, including other people's data;
  5. probe, scan or test the Site, the tracker or the server for weaknesses, or exploit a weakness you find (if you find one, tell us instead);
  6. use scripts, bots or other automated tools on the Site in a way that puts unreasonable load on it or gets round a limit (a download manager or torrent app used normally is fine);
  7. interfere with the Site, the tracker or other people's use of them, including by uploading or sending anything harmful or malicious;
  8. copy the Site's pages, code or catalogue to run a competing or commercial service;
  9. impersonate another person, or misrepresent your connection with us;
  10. use the Site or the Materials to harass, threaten, stalk, expose or exploit anyone, or to break the law;
  11. make the Materials available to anyone under 18.

Conduct in The Haus of Sir Discord server is also governed by that server's rules and by Discord's own terms.

Price and payment, section 7

7.1 Free. The Site and the Materials are free. We take no payment for access, downloads or torrent files, and there is no subscription to renew or cancel.

7.2 Nobody may charge for access. No one is authorised to charge for access to the Site or the Materials, whatever the charge is called. If you have been charged, tell us.

Former paying members of The Vault+, section 8

8.1 Who this section is for. This section applies to you if you paid for The Vault+, as a Permanent (lifetime) Member, as a subscriber, or on any other paid basis (a "Former Member").

8.2 What The Vault+ Terms promised on closure. The Vault+ Terms and Conditions, kept here as they were published, provide that:

  • if The Vault+ fails, closes or permanently stops operating, Permanent Members are granted lifetime access to the content of the service on an as-is basis, delivered by direct download, torrent or any other lawful means of distribution the operator sees fit, without warranty, support or further updates (clause 14.7.3(b)); and
  • if The Vault+ is permanently discontinued, subscribers receive notice, continued access, and enhanced download access including a complete archive of all available content, so they have a reasonable opportunity to keep what they wish (clause 3.5).

8.3 How that promise is delivered. The Vault+ Liberated is the means Sir Dominic Scott has chosen to deliver those promises. For Former Members it provides:

  • the complete and total archive of The Vault+, including miscellaneous and unreleased files;
  • by direct download from the Site, with no 72 hour limit once your former membership is recognised on your Discord account (the Vault+ role), for as long as the Site offers downloads; and
  • by a personal torrent of the whole collection, for as long as the torrent is offered;
  • free of charge, with a Licence that lets you keep, back up and copy the Materials permanently.

8.4 What you confirm by downloading. If you are a Former Member, then by agreeing to these Terms, or by downloading any Material from the Site or through a torrent file issued by it, you confirm and agree that:

  1. the Materials have been made available to you in the form and by the means that The Vault+ Terms allow;
  2. making them available in this way fulfils Sir Dominic Scott's obligations to provide lifetime access to Permanent Members under clause 14.7.3(b), and to provide a complete archive and enhanced download access on discontinuation under clause 3.5;
  3. once the Materials have been made available to you, no further hosting, streaming, account, support, updates or new content is owed to you under The Vault+ Terms; and
  4. keeping your own copies is your responsibility from then on, as the Licence and section 9.3 say.

8.5 Your copies are yours to keep. Your lifetime access continues through the copies you keep. It does not depend on the Site staying online. If the Site closes or later offers the torrent only, the obligation has still been met, because the complete archive was made available to you to keep.

8.6 If you cannot use this route. If you are a Permanent Member and cannot get the Materials through the Site, for example because you do not have or cannot use a Discord account, email hello@sirdominic.scot from the email address on your Vault+ account before the Site stops offering downloads. We will arrange another lawful way to make the archive available to you. That arrangement fulfils the obligation in the same way.

8.7 Losing access for breach. If your access to the Site is ended for a breach of these Terms or the Licence after the Materials have been made available to you, the obligation in section 8.4 has still been met.

8.8 Payments made before closure. Refunds, chargebacks and anything else about payments made to The Vault+ remain governed by The Vault+ Terms and Conditions and by the law. This section does not change them, and does not take away any right the law gives you as a consumer.

Availability and changes to the Site, section 9

9.1 No guarantee of availability. The Site exists to help people keep copies, not to host them forever. We aim to keep it running as stated on the Site, but we do not promise that it, the tracker, any file, link or format will stay available or work without interruption.

9.2 Changes. We may change, add or remove files, features and rules, change the 72 hour window, move the Site to another address, stop offering downloads from the Site and keep the torrent only, or close the Site. Where a change is significant and it is practical to do so, we will announce it on the Site or in The Haus of Sir first.

9.3 Keep your own copies. You are responsible for keeping and backing up your own copies. The guide on the Site explains how.

9.4 What you need. Using the Site needs a Discord account, a current web browser, a torrent app for the full collection, and enough storage for what you download (the full collection is about 1.5 TB). Files are in common formats, but we cannot guarantee they will play on every device or app.

Adult and hypnotic content, section 10

10.1 What the Materials contain. The Materials include sexual, hypnotic, suggestive and psychologically intense content made for adult entertainment. They are not therapy, medical treatment or advice.

10.2 Your choice and your risk. Whether to listen or watch is your decision. If you have a mental health or neurological condition, or any doubt about whether this content is right for you, consider speaking to a qualified professional first.

10.3 Safety. Never listen to or watch hypnotic material while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that needs your full attention or could cause harm if your attention lapses.

10.4 Other people. Never use hypnotic, suggestive or sexual material on another person without their informed, freely given consent, which they can withdraw at any time.

Breaches and what we can do, section 11

11.1 Proportionate action. If you break these Terms, the Licence or the rules you agreed to, or we reasonably believe you have, we may take one or more of these steps, depending on how serious the breach is and what is needed to deal with it:

  • warn you;
  • restrict your access, for example to torrent only;
  • suspend your access while we look into it;
  • cancel your torrent file;
  • remove your Liberated role, or ask the Discord server's staff to;
  • end your access to the Site permanently, and refuse to let you back in with any account;
  • ask for material you have shared in breach of the Licence to be taken down, and send takedown notices to the services hosting it;
  • keep relevant records, and share them where the law requires or allows;
  • report conduct that may be a crime to the police or another authority;
  • take legal action for breach of contract or infringement of our rights, including seeking an interdict or injunction, damages, or an account of profits made from misuse.

11.2 Suspension while we check. We may suspend access while we look into a possible breach. If we find there was no breach, we will restore access.

11.3 Immediate action. We may act at once and without warning where that is needed to protect the Site, the Materials, other users, our rights or anyone's safety, or to comply with the law.

11.4 Ending access without a breach. We may also end access for everyone, or for a group of users, when we close or change the Site under section 9. That is not a finding that anyone did anything wrong.

11.5 Contract and crime are different. Breaking these Terms is a breach of contract. It is not in itself a crime. Some conduct that breaks these Terms may also break the law, for example copyright infringement on a commercial scale, or giving sexual material to a child, and that is a matter for the relevant authorities.

11.6 What survives. Ending your access does not affect rights and remedies that arose before it ended, and does not end the parts of these Terms that are meant to continue, including sections 5, 8, 11, 13, 14, 15 and 17.

Ending things yourself, section 12

You can stop using the Site at any time. Log out, leave The Haus of Sir or remove the role, and access ends. Your rights over copies you downloaded lawfully continue under the Licence. To ask what records we hold about you, or to have them deleted, see the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers, section 13

13.1 As is. The Site and the Materials are provided free of charge, as they are and as available. As far as the law allows, we give no promise that they are complete, accurate, error-free, secure, compatible with your equipment, or fit for any particular purpose.

13.2 Your statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any right you have by law that cannot be removed or limited by agreement.

Liability, section 14

14.1 What we are responsible for. We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or of our failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss is foreseeable if it was obvious it would happen, or if we both knew it might happen when you agreed to these Terms.

14.2 What we are not responsible for. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for:

  • loss that was not foreseeable;
  • business loss, including lost profit, revenue or opportunity, because the Site is for personal use only;
  • loss of data or files you did not back up, including loss caused by drive failure, deletion, corruption, lost passwords or keys, or a storage provider closing your account;
  • loss caused by your breach of these Terms or the Licence, or by your misuse of the Materials;
  • loss caused by events outside our reasonable control (see section 17.6);
  • loss caused by third-party services, including Discord, Cloudflare, torrent apps, other people in the torrent swarm and storage providers.

14.3 Limit. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims connected with the Site and the Materials is limited to £1.

14.4 What we never exclude. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Your responsibility for misuse, section 15

If you break these Terms or the Licence and that causes us a claim, loss, liability or expense, you may be responsible for the loss that results and for reasonable legal costs, as far as the law allows. This covers only loss your breach actually caused, and it does not take away any right you have as a consumer.

Changes to these Terms, section 16

16.1 Updates. We may update these Terms, for example to reflect changes to the Site, to the law, or to how we deal with misuse. The date at the top shows the current version.

16.2 When you will be asked again. If a change is significant, the Site will ask you to agree to the new version before your next download. Until you agree, your access to the Site is limited to reading these documents.

16.3 If you do not agree. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the Site. Changes do not take away rights already granted under the Licence for copies you downloaded before the change, and do not undo anything already confirmed under section 8.

General, section 17

17.1 Whole agreement. These Terms, the Licence and the rules you agreed to are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site and the Materials. They replace anything said or written about them before. For Former Members, The Vault+ Terms and Conditions continue to apply as described in section 8.

17.2 If part is invalid. If a court decides any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in force, and that part applies to the greatest extent the law allows.

17.3 No waiver. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.

17.4 Transfer. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to someone who takes over running the Site or the archive. We will tell you on the Site if that happens, and it will not reduce your rights. You may not transfer your rights or obligations, or your access, to anyone else.

17.5 No partnership. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment, agency or joint venture between you and us.

17.6 Events outside our control. We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as a failure of Discord, Cloudflare, our hosting provider or the internet, a cyberattack, power failure, or action by a government or regulator.

17.7 Notices. We may give you notice through the Site, in The Haus of Sir Discord server, or by Discord message. You may give us notice by email to hello@sirdominic.scot.

17.8 Other people. Only you and we have rights under these Terms. No one else can enforce them.

17.9 Reading these Terms. Headings and "the short version" are for convenience and do not change the meaning. "Including" and "for example" mean without limitation. These Terms are written in English, and the English version is the one that applies.

Complaints and the law, section 18

18.1 Talk to us first. If you have a complaint, email hello@sirdominic.scot. We aim to reply within 14 days.

18.2 Governing law. These Terms are governed by the law of Scotland.

18.3 Courts. The courts of Glasgow, Scotland have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the courts where you live. If you live outside the United Kingdom, you keep any protection the mandatory law of your country gives you.
