These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement governing your access to and use of The Vault+ and all associated services. By accessing, subscribing to, or otherwise engaging with these services, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by all provisions set forth herein. If you do not agree with any aspect of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the services.
"Services" encompasses all digital content, audio files, videos, written materials, interactive features, downloadable resources, streaming functionalities, membership access, community platforms, communications, support mechanisms, and any other offerings provided by the Provider through any channels, platforms, or mediums.
"Provider" refers to Sir Studios, Sir Dominic Scott, and all associated entities, affiliates, representatives, agents, contractors, employees, moderators, and authorized third-party collaborators.
"User" or "You" designates any individual or entity that accesses, subscribes to, interacts with, or otherwise utilizes the services in any capacity, whether as a paying subscriber, trial participant, or visitor.
"Content" includes all proprietary, copyrighted, or licensed materials provided through the services, encompassing audio files, scripts, videos, images, text, graphics, software, data, and any other intellectual property or creative works.
The services are provided strictly on an "as is," "as available," and "with all faults" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. The Provider explicitly disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, completeness, quality, availability, security, or uninterrupted operation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The Provider shall not be liable for any damages of any nature whatsoever—including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or statutory damages; lost profits; business interruptions; data loss; emotional distress; reputational harm; or personal injury—arising from your use, misuse, inability to use, or reliance upon the services, regardless of whether the Provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You explicitly acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the services, including risks related to hypnotic content, psychological effects, physical reactions, emotional responses, technical malfunctions, data breaches, third-party interactions, or any other foreseeable or unforeseeable consequences. Your use is entirely at your own risk and responsibility.
The services may include hypnotic, suggestive, or psychologically immersive content designed to affect cognitive, emotional, or behavioral states. You acknowledge that such content is provided for entertainment, personal exploration, or consensual adult use, and that you use it at your own risk. The Provider makes no guarantees regarding efficacy, suitability, or safety, and disclaims liability for any psychological, physical, or emotional effects. If you have pre-existing mental health conditions, neurological disorders, or sensitivities, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before engaging with the services.
The services may integrate with or rely upon third-party platforms including Stripe, Discord, and other service providers for payment processing, communications, hosting, or other functionalities. The Provider does not control or assume responsibility for any third-party platforms. Your use of such platforms is governed by their respective terms and policies. The Provider is not liable for any issues, disruptions, breaches, or losses arising from your interactions with third parties.
The Provider shall not be liable for any failure or delay due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, epidemics, government actions, labor strikes, internet outages, cyberattacks, hardware or software failures, or other force majeure events.
All payments, subscriptions, fees, charges, or purchases are strictly final, non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable under all circumstances. You cannot obtain refunds, credits, exchanges, chargebacks, or partial reimbursements, regardless of reasons including dissatisfaction, technical issues, or changes in personal circumstances.
You cannot initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, disputes, or claims with credit card companies, banks, payment processors, or other financial institutions for any transactions related to the services. Initiating such actions constitutes a material breach entitling the Provider to: immediate and permanent termination of all access; pursuit of full recovery of disputed amounts plus fees, costs, and penalties; legal action to recover damages, attorneys' fees, and court costs; and reporting of fraudulent conduct to relevant authorities. The Provider reserves the right to defend against any chargeback claims vigorously.
Any attempts to circumvent this policy constitute a material, incurable breach resulting in immediate termination of access, permanent blacklisting from all services, forfeiture of all payments made, and potential pursuit of legal remedies.
If you fail to apply any available promotional codes during the initial transaction, you waive all rights to subsequent partial refunds, price adjustments, credits, or retroactive applications. The Provider's systems do not support retroactive modifications. No exceptions shall be made for technical issues, user error, or subsequent discoveries of promotions.
You have no entitlement to direct, personal, prioritized, or guaranteed communication with Sir Dominic Scott or any representatives. The Provider retains absolute discretion to determine, limit, or withhold communication levels and response times without notice or liability. Access to services does not confer any assurance of personalized attention or dedicated support.
Any misuse, abuse, or unauthorized manipulation of discounts, promotional offers, or incentive programs constitutes a material breach, granting the Provider the right to seek all available legal remedies including compensatory damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of attorneys' fees.
All staff, moderators, representatives, contractors, or affiliated parties individually assume sole responsibility for their own actions, decisions, communications, or conduct, thereby releasing the Provider from any associated liabilities or claims.
You cannot: reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the services; use content for commercial, public, or unauthorized purposes; transmit viruses, spam, or harmful code; harass, impersonate, or defame others; violate third-party rights; or engage in any conduct that undermines the integrity or operation of the services. Violations result in immediate termination and legal pursuit.
You must treat all staff, moderators, and representatives with respect at all times. Abuse, harassment, threats, intimidation, manipulation, or any form of hostile, aggressive, or inappropriate conduct directed toward staff or moderators will not be tolerated under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to: verbal abuse, personal attacks, attempts to circumvent decisions, repeated complaints after resolution, doxxing, stalking, or any behaviour intended to intimidate, coerce, or manipulate. Any such conduct constitutes a material breach resulting in immediate and permanent termination of access without refund, warning, or appeal.
Sir Dominic Scott is a professional identity and brand associated with Sir Studios. The persona, content, and interactions provided through the services are professional in nature and do not constitute a personal relationship of any kind. You acknowledge and accept that your engagement with the services is a commercial transaction, not a personal connection, friendship, mentorship, or any other form of intimate or private relationship.
The individual behind Sir Studios maintains a personal life that is entirely separate from the services and the Sir Dominic Scott professional identity. You have no right, entitlement, or reasonable expectation to any information about, access to, or involvement in the Provider's personal life, private affairs, relationships, family, friends, residence, daily activities, or any matters outside the scope of the services provided. The Provider's personal life is not part of the services, is not for sale, and is not open to inquiry, speculation, or intrusion.
Due to the nature of hypnotic and psychologically immersive content, you may experience feelings of connection, familiarity, or perceived intimacy. You explicitly acknowledge that these feelings, however real they may seem, do not grant you any actual insight into, knowledge of, or access to the Provider's personal life, thoughts, feelings, or private circumstances. Any assumptions, beliefs, or perceived understandings about the Provider's personal life are your own constructions and do not reflect reality, create any obligations, or establish any form of relationship beyond the commercial provision of services.
You cannot, under any circumstances: attempt to contact, locate, identify, or communicate with the Provider outside of official Sir Studios channels; seek out, contact, or engage with the Provider's family members, friends, associates, or any individuals connected to the Provider's personal life; attempt to discover, research, or disseminate information about the Provider's private residence, personal relationships, family, or private affairs; visit, approach, or surveil any locations associated with the Provider's personal life; create, maintain, or distribute dossiers, profiles, or collections of personal information about the Provider; engage in any form of stalking, surveillance, monitoring, or tracking of the Provider's personal activities; or attempt to integrate yourself into the Provider's personal life through any means whatsoever.
The Provider acknowledges that hypnotic content may, in some individuals, contribute to feelings of intense attachment, obsession, or fixation. If you experience such feelings, you are solely responsible for managing them appropriately, including seeking professional psychological support if necessary. Obsessive, fixated, or possessive behaviour directed toward the Provider—including excessive contact attempts, refusal to accept boundaries, jealousy, perceived ownership, or any behaviour suggesting an inability to distinguish between fantasy and reality—will not be tolerated and constitutes grounds for immediate termination without refund.
Any violation of the boundaries set forth in this section shall be treated with the utmost seriousness. The Provider reserves the right to: report any boundary violations to law enforcement authorities, including police services in any relevant jurisdiction; pursue criminal complaints for stalking, harassment, or any other applicable offences; initiate civil legal proceedings to obtain injunctions, restraining orders, interdicts, or other protective measures; seek compensatory and punitive damages for any harm, distress, or costs incurred; and take any and all other legal measures available under applicable law. The Provider will cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations and will provide all relevant evidence, communications, and documentation to support prosecution of offenders.
Any breach of the provisions in this section shall result in: immediate and permanent termination of all access to all Sir Studios services and platforms; permanent blacklisting from all current and future services; forfeiture of all payments made without refund; reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities; and pursuit of all available legal remedies. There shall be no warnings, no second chances, and no appeals for violations of personal boundaries.
All intellectual property rights in the content, services, trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, and derivative works remain the exclusive property of the Provider or its licensors.
You are granted only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use strictly in accordance with these Terms.
You cannot share, distribute, reproduce, modify, commercialize, or redistribute any content. Unauthorized use constitutes a material breach warranting immediate termination, injunctive relief, statutory damages, and legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Provider may implement digital rights management or anti-piracy measures.
The Provider respects intellectual property rights and complies with applicable copyright laws including the DMCA. The Provider reserves the right to remove allegedly infringing material and to terminate repeat infringers.
The Provider disclaims all responsibility for limitations, disruptions, connectivity issues, throttling, or interferences imposed by internet service providers, network carriers, or third-party infrastructure, as well as technical risks inherent in digital transmissions. These shall not serve as grounds for refunds or disputes.
Your use is governed by the Provider's Privacy Policy. By using the services, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your data as described therein, including through cookies, tracking technologies, and analytics. The Provider makes no guarantees regarding data security beyond reasonable efforts.
You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Provider and all associated parties against any claims, demands, actions, suits, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses, or judgments arising from any breaches of these Terms, misuse of the services, violations of applicable laws, or failures to comply with regulatory requirements. This obligation survives termination.
In the highly unlikely event that any user successfully obtains a final, non-appealable judgment against the Provider, the maximum aggregate recovery shall be strictly limited to the transfer of ownership of one canine, specifically Dante Scott, a puppy of mischievous disposition. Dante Scott comes with no warranties as to temperament, training, or compliance with household rules. Assumption of responsibility for said puppy shall be deemed full and complete satisfaction of any judgments. No monetary damages or alternative compensation shall be available.
Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising from these Terms or the services shall be exclusively resolved through binding, confidential arbitration administered by an arbitral body selected by the Provider, conducted in jurisdictions chosen at the Provider's discretion.
You cannot participate in, initiate, or be represented in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative actions, arbitrations, or proceedings. You agree to resolve disputes solely on an individual basis.
You irrevocably waive any right to a trial by jury to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The Provider reserves the right to modify, amend, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice by posting updated versions. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
The Provider may terminate, suspend, or restrict your access immediately and without notice for any violations, suspected violations, or at its sole discretion, without any liability or obligation to refund.
The following additional terms govern your access to and use of the Cult of Sir Discord server and all associated community features. These terms supplement and operate in conjunction with Part A.
Access to the Cult of Sir does not confer any right to communicate directly with Sir Dominic Scott or any representatives. Any communication, if granted, is at the Provider's sole discretion and may be limited, suspended, or terminated without notice or explanation.
You must comply with all posted rules, guidelines, and norms, as well as Discord's Terms of Service. Activities deemed harassing, infringing, fraudulent, or unlawful may result in immediate termination and legal action. The Provider reserves the right to remove any content or user without prior notice.
The Provider may offer courtesy discounts or promotional pricing as a privilege, not a right. These may be withdrawn at any time. Abuse of courtesy discounts—including using multiple accounts, sharing codes beyond authorized channels, or making fraudulent claims—constitutes a material breach resulting in termination and legal action.
You must have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction and possess the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Misrepresentation of age or legal capacity is a material breach subjecting you to immediate suspension and potential legal consequences.
You assume full responsibility for determining and adhering to all legal requirements applicable to your use, including local regulations related to hypnosis, psychological materials, digital media, and adult content. The Provider disclaims any obligation to verify your compliance and assumes no liability for consequences arising from non-compliance.
Laws relating to hypnosis, psychological content, and mind-altering material vary among jurisdictions. The Provider expressly disclaims any obligation to ensure services comply with local regulations in any particular jurisdiction.
The Provider makes no guarantee regarding any outcomes—psychological, financial, health-related, or otherwise—deriving from hypnosis, popper content, or any other content provided through the services.
The services, including any hypnotic or suggestive content, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. They are for informational and entertainment purposes only. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before relying on any such content.
Any reliance upon or usage of the services is undertaken solely at your own risk and discretion.
The following additional terms govern your purchases from Sir Store (sirdominic.store) and all associated merchandise offerings. These terms supplement and operate in conjunction with Parts A and B.
You cannot return, exchange, or obtain refunds for digital products under any circumstances. All digital sales are final and non-refundable.
Returns on physical merchandise may be accepted at the Provider's discretion for items that arrive broken, damaged, or otherwise fail to meet reasonable satisfaction. You must contact the Provider promptly upon receipt to report any issues.
Resolution of missing item claims is at the Provider's sole discretion. If tracking information indicates an item has been delivered, you are responsible for contacting your local delivery service to investigate. You must report findings to the Provider in writing before any dispute can be considered. Store credit may be offered at the Provider's discretion; refunds are not guaranteed.
All items are limited edition, one-off productions available only for the time period shown. Sir Store represents an independent, niche, queer-owned business. Stock is not guaranteed and items may not be reproduced or restocked.
All Sir Store merchandise is intended solely for individuals aged 18 years or older. By purchasing from Sir Store, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the purchase complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
These Terms, together with any incorporated documents, constitute the entire agreement between the parties, superseding all prior agreements, understandings, representations, or discussions. The English language version shall exclusively govern all interpretations and enforcements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any legal actions not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within Glasgow, Scotland.
No failure or delay by the Provider in exercising any right shall operate as a waiver, nor shall any partial exercise preclude further exercise of the same or any other right.
The Provider may assign any rights or obligations to any third party without notice. You cannot assign any rights or obligations without prior written consent.
You consent to receiving all communications electronically via email, in-app notifications, or postings on the services. You are responsible for maintaining valid contact information.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. The unenforceable portion shall be severed or reformed to the minimum extent necessary.
All provisions intended to survive termination—including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnifications, intellectual property rights, and dispute resolution clauses—shall remain in full force indefinitely.
All inquiries, notices, or legal processes must be directed through the Provider's designated official communication channels as specified on Sir Studios platforms. Alternative methods are deemed invalid.
